We disclose where the images on this website come from – and which of them were created using generative AI.

1. Images created with generative AI

The large industry images on the home page and on the eight industry pages were created using generative AI. They show no real people, businesses or jobs and do not depict actual customer projects. The people shown do not exist. The images serve purely to illustrate the respective industry.

2. Screenshots from the application

All views of the app and the reporting are genuine screenshots taken from eMODAT®. They have been edited for presentation – cropping, sharpness and contrast, in part with AI-assisted tools. The functionality shown was not altered; no controls or results were added that do not exist in the application.

The content visible in them is demonstration data. It contains no personal data of real customers or employees.

3. Logos, icons and graphics

The eMODAT® word and figurative mark and the Devacon logo are original designs by Devacon GmbH. The feature and industry icons were drawn specifically for this website. All files are served from our own server; we do not embed any external image services.

4. Why we disclose this

We label AI-generated images voluntarily, regardless of whether a legal obligation applies in the individual case. It matters to us that nobody mistakes an illustrative image for a reference or a genuine customer photo. We are happy to answer questions via the contact details given in the Legal notice .
