Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).

A note on our own behalf: the link to the European Commission's ODR platform, once customary at this point, has been removed – the platform was shut down on 20 July 2025.
