Works offline
No signal in the basement, the workshop or on site? eMODAT® keeps running. Your entries stay on the device and are transferred as soon as there is a connection again. Nothing gets lost.
Photos & digital signature
Take photos straight from the form – they are attached to the right job automatically. To finish, the customer signs on the display. The record is complete before you leave the site.
Automatic reports
Every completed form automatically becomes a finished PDF – for the customer and for your records. Export figures as an Excel file. Retyping in the office is a thing of the past.
Databases & Active Directory
eMODAT® connects to your existing databases – Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL, several at once if needed. Sign-in runs through your Active Directory: one login, and everyone sees only the forms intended for them.

On-premise deployment is a chargeable project (installation, database, maintenance) and is therefore not available in the free edition. In the Basis edition the finished report is sent by e-mail but not stored by us. The Ultimate edition is always set up on your own servers – there are no storage or retention limits there, and connecting your database is part of the project.

In the on-premise edition eMODAT® runs entirely on your own servers – behind your own firewall. No cloud requirement, no sharing with third parties: forms, photos and reports never leave your company.
This means you meet GDPR requirements through architecture rather than additional contracts – the data is simply where it belongs.
